Here’s How to Get Support From the EasyHorseTraining.com Team:

If you have a training question, support question, affiliate or joint venture request, a technical problem, or account question, please follow these steps to get a speedy response:

1) Check the FAQ and Quick-Start Guide

90% of questions we receive are already answered in the FAQ and quick-start guide. Please help keep our courses affordable by checking those BEFORE contacting us.

If you don’t find your question in the FAQ, next go to the Quick-Start Guide. This is particularly helpful for people who are new to the site.

If you can’t find your answer in the FAQ or Quick-Start Guide, no problem… we’re happy to help.

2) If you have a question about the craft or skill of training a horse…

For all questions related to training horses or working with your horse, ask it on the actual content page that most relates to your issue.

Our customer support team is not trained on how to train horses, so your best bet to get your questions answered is to make a ‘comment’ on one of the pages.

If there is nothing that relates to your training question on any of our pages, request that Annabelle teach a new subject on our subject request page.

3) If 1) and 2) don’t work for you, please open a support ticket

At the moment, Andy is at the head of our support team and he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of in a professional and speedy manner.

  • When opening a support ticket, please be sure and complete your FULL name and the correct email address.
  • If you are a member, login to your account before opening a ticket so that we can match your request to your information.
  • Choose the correct department from the list of options and be sure to be detailed in your request.
  • You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your ticket and you’ll receive another email response when our support team has replied to you.
  • We do not have the resources to offer telephone support. Using our customer support ticketing system, however, we promise a speedy and efficient response.
  • We also can’t answer emails. This ticketing system is much more efficient than email and it ensures that you will receive a speedy response.
  • We will do our best to answer your question in line with our support policy.
